THE ONLY WAY TO LEARN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IS TO LIVE IN A COUNTRY WHERE IT IS SPOKEN.

I think the better (Gr) way to learn a foreign language is to live in a country where it is spoken.
But there are many efficients (Gr) ways to learn a foreign language in your own country.
For example, you can learn a language for (Prep) yourself, or you can study with a private
teacher, or on (Prep) a school with foreign teacher.
I think (p) the best way is to go to the country where it is spoken, because it is faster.
But if you can't (p)or you don't want to go, you can learn it in your country.
Its (Gr)more difficult but not impossible. I'm studying three foreign languages in my own country.
I think the most important --  you need when learning a foreign language is
 to want (ww) to learn. Apart from that, having a good teacher is also important.
The advantages of studying the language where --  is spoken are more,
for example, you need time less (ww) to learn,
you can practice every day, everywhere and learn the correct pronounciation (sp);
at the same time you can know (ww)more about the culture, and customs of that country.
